The Buyer has the right to return the item to the Seller, if it differs significantly from the photo, description or it does not fit. Preconditions for it:
- The item is returned in the same condition that it was received (You may return items that are either new or slightly used).
- The Buyer returns the item within 5 working days after receipt.
- In respect of Saddles, we allow 10 working days for the saddle to be fitted and returned if it does not fit.
Returning process:
- The Buyer informs Equestrian Bargain Hunter about the wish to return the item and the reason(s) for it (including the payment confirmation received from Equestrian Bargain Hunter);
- Equestrian Bargain Hunter informs the Buyer when the item will be collected by the courier. The shipping costs will be deducted from the Buyer’s refund amount;
- Seller receives the item and cancels the order;
- Equestrian Bargain Hunter transfers the initially deposited money (excluding shipping) back to the Buyer’s account in full.
If an item gets returned, both parties have to cover one of the shipping costs:
The Buyer is responsible for the original shipping cost (non-refundable).
The Seller covers the cost of the return shipping.
No restocking fees apply.
If the Buyer and the Seller fail to agree or are unable to get in contact with each other, then both sides may contact Equestrian Bargain Hunter for assistance via email – returns@eqbargainhunter.com. If necessary, Equestrian Bargain Hunter will make additional inquiries to the Buyer and Seller to resolve the situation. If one of the parties does not respond to the inquiry within 48h, Equestrian Bargain Hunter may make a decision in favour of the other party.
We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that the disclaimer of “No Returns/No Refunds” or “Return not possible” in the store descriptions has no basis, as they violate the terms of the Equestrian Bargain Hunter user agreement. Therefore, the Buyer always has the right to return the product to the Seller under the conditions mentioned above.
